Not unexpectedly, this month my feeds are full of book tags, TBRs, reading advices that celebrate Black History Month. Now, while I have a year-round interest for diverse author, shouldn’t I take the chance to add even more books to my reading list? After all, I small for a reason – that is to say to keep on adding stuff. So let’s see what we have here…

How Long ‘Til Black Future Month? – by N.K. Jemisin – A collection of short stories by N.K. Jemisin. Enough said.
The Changeling – by Victor LaValle – A book that’s been sitting on my shelf for way too long; I’m taking the chance to finally read it.
Far From The Light Of Heaven – by Tade Thompson – I loved the Wormwood trilogy by the same author; I saw some mixed reviews about this one, but it has mysteries and spaceships, so I am in.
The Black God’s Drums – by P. Djèlí Clark – Not featured in the picture since it’s on my kobo. Steampunk and tribal gods, by the author of the Dead Djinn ‘verse.
This month I also plan to finish the Xenogenesis trilogy, but that doesn’t count since this is all about adding more and more books, right? See you next time!
